The focus from head chef Brian McCarthy and his team is on providing great food sourced as locally as possible with a particular emphasis, fittingly for the Red Cow, on excellent steaks including the Tomahawk, double fillet and sirloin steak to choose from.
The menu reflects an open, honest, wholesome, natural family way too. So, you’ll find steaks, chicken, salmon, pork, and seafood, sourced from producers all over Ireland – known and trusted suppliers.
