Elephant & Castle has an interesting history from where it began, to where it is now. George Schwartz used to pass a tube station everyday on his way to medical school and he fell in love with its fairy tale name – Elephant & Castle. Fast forward a number of years, George retired and living in New York decides to open his own restaurant naming it Elephant & Castle.

On a trip to Dublin he fell in love with Temple Bar and decided to open another restaurant. Elephant & Castle has since grown and you can now enjoy the tasty food from a number of locations in Dublin including Red Cow At Home.

From famous wings and juicy burgers to fresh salads and tasty sandwiches, Elephant & Castle offers a tantalising menu with choices to suit all palettes. We also have a number of delectable desserts to choose from including a hot fudge sundae, garden of gods and heart of darkness to finish you meal on a high.
